LEGAL IDENTITY AND ORGANISATIONAL SEPARATION

HEADGUARD C.I.C. is an active community interest company registered in England and Wales under company number 16212678. Its registered office is Brook Cottage High Street, Paulerspury, Towcester, England, NN12 7NR. HEADGUARD C.I.C. is not a registered charity.

A separate Charitable Incorporated Organisation named HEADGUARD is being established. It is not currently registered and has not undertaken activities as a CIO.

Boxology® Academy and Boxology® Online are commercial boxing-education brands operated by Boxology Limited, company number 10523458. Boxology Limited is legally and financially separate from HEADGUARD C.I.C. and from any separate HEADGUARD CIO that may be registered.

Boxology Academy Limited, company number 10803282, was dissolved on 25 June 2019 and has no current activity, assets, control or role. Current use of the name “Boxology Academy” refers to a trading brand operated by Boxology Limited and not to the dissolved company.

HEADGUARD C.I.C., Boxology Limited and any future registered HEADGUARD CIO maintain, or will maintain, separate governance, finances, bank accounts, contracts, records and decision-making. Any shared branding, educational materials, equipment, websites, data or other resources will be governed by appropriate written arrangements.

Each donation, purchase, course, event and project will identify the legal organisation responsible for it. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, donations and payments made through this website are received by HEADGUARD C.I.C.

DONATIONS, PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Donations made through this website are received by HEADGUARD C.I.C., company number 16212678. They are not received by the proposed HEADGUARD CIO.

HEADGUARD C.I.C. is not a registered charity and cannot claim Gift Aid. Donors should not make a Gift Aid declaration in relation to payments made to HEADGUARD C.I.C.

Products, merchandise and event tickets purchased through this website are supplied or sold by HEADGUARD C.I.C. Purchases are commercial transactions and are not charitable donations.

Where a product, event or campaign raises funds for a particular project, the relevant page will explain how the proceeds will be used and identify the legal organisation responsible.

Enquiries concerning an incorrect, duplicated or unauthorised payment should be sent to contact@headguard.info.

HEADGUARD C.I.C., company number 16212678, is the data controller for personal information it collects directly through this website, including information submitted through contact, donation, store, event, supporter and project-enquiry forms.

Payment processors, website providers and other service providers may process information when providing their services. Boxology Limited is a separate legal organisation and does not automatically receive or control information collected by HEADGUARD C.I.C.
